Nightly Rate
The price for the chalet varies, depending on the season, between €400 and €1000 per night for 8 guests plus the local tourist tax of €3.10 per day per person and a final cleaning fee of €300.
Children under 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required (individual requests upon inquiry), otherwise a surcharge will apply.

- Use of sauna, plunge pool and whirlpool
- Kitchen equipped with: coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, vinegar and olive oil
- Consumables: kitchen roll, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent
- In summer: gas grill in the outdoor area
- If needed: high chairs for little ones
Payment & Deposit
Your booking is binding upon written booking confirmation and a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
The remaining 50% can be paid by bank transfer (within 30 days before arrival).
Check-In & Check-Out
Arrival: Check-in from 3:00 PM
Departure: Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest
Cancellation
Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to one month before your planned arrival.
For cancellations less than 30 days before your arrival, we charge 50% of the booking amount.
